AWS Summit Madrid 2022: A Great Event and an Amazing Experience

This week was the AWS Summit Madrid 2022 and it was an incredible event. It's the time of the year that we celebrate AWS on the Iberian peninsula and tecRacer's Portugal branch needed to be there in strength. There were a lot of good learning sessions, plenty of incredible Amazonians, AWS partners as well as clients.

I decided to apply for the AWS DeepRacer competition and to my surprise, we managed to come in first place. DeepRacer is a great way to start learning about Machine Learning and how to train a model. It's so easy to create an empty for the model that we are training in the car and tweak it here and there, since we are used to being drivers on cars for years.

The party was incredible and the networking was amazing. We had a lot of fun and I can't wait for the next year's event. It was an amazing experience.

Since I was in Madrid, I was able to have dinner with some friends from El Corte Inglés and watch the incredible game of Real Madrid for the Champions League. I'm not a football fan, but it was an amazing game.

To top it off, we won a DeepRacer car and everything. What an amazing event!

Overall, the AWS Summit Madrid 2022 was a great event and I had a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to next year's event and I'm sure it will be just as great. I would like to thank AWS and tecRacer for organising such an incredible event and for giving us the opportunity to learn, network, and have fun. I would also like to thank my friends from El Corte Inglés for the dinner and the game of Real Madrid for the Champions League, it was an amazing experience.
